This series invites Black, Indigenous, People of Color to reconnect with the younger parts of ourselves through tenderness, memory, joy, grief, intuition, and belonging. We will explore how trauma, susto, los aires, disconnection, and survival can shape our relationship to safety, trust, and receiving care, while making space to listen to what the body and spirit have carried. Rebozo practices will support grounding, rest, protection, and reconnection, with optional guided partner practices later in the series centered on consent, boundaries, and choice. This is a space for personal healing, with an emphasis on healing in community, listening inward, receiving care, and calling ourselves back home.
