Initial Consultation — $100 (60 minutes)
Includes a comprehensive wellness intake, personalized herbal recommendations, and one custom herbal formula.
Shipping not included; additional fee applies.

Follow-Up Sessions (optional) — $55
Follow-up sessions offer space to check in on how your body and spirit are responding, address new or ongoing concerns, and adjust your wellness plan as needed. Does not include herbal formula seperate cost.

What’s a Wellness Consult?

Consultations are in-depth to restore a balance of mind, body and spirit. A wellness consultation will consist of a conversation about what is happening, an individualized care plan, a personalized herbal formula, and referrals to additional care, if you desire. There’s also an option to include different healing modalities such as nature rituals and meditation through journey drumming.

My commitment is to support your self-determination by uplifting your inner wisdom, respecting your spiritual practices and honoring your preferred healing modalities.

Consultations are confidential and offered online via zoom, phone, in-person in El Sobrante (east Bay Area) or your home.
