Ancestral Community Clinics
Tierra Rituals Seasonal Ancestral Community Clinics are land-rooted healing sessions held in rhythm with the turning of the seasons. Offered outdoors, these clinics create a grounded space to receive a limpia, an herbal consultation, or a rebozo session. Each visit is one hour long and includes a 45-minute limpia, herbal consultation, or rebozo session, depending on the offering you select when signing up. The remaining 15 minutes are devoted to an herbal foot bath paired with a guided sound meditation. You will also receive a personalized herbal tea blend to take home. Each session includes a plática—a heart-to-heart conversation rooted in deep listening. This offers space for thoughtful assessment, personalized herbal guidance, and the gentle processing of what your body and spirit may be carrying.
Sessions are facilitated by Lidia Ruelo-Salazar, founder of Tierra Rituals, curandere, and clinical herbalist, or by one of her advanced apprentices—a seasoned healing practitioner trained in the practices offered through Tierra Rituals.
This clinic also serves as a supervised community practicum for apprentices in the Tierra Rituals mentorship program, where apprentices deepen their clinical and community-based training while contributing to accessible, land-rooted care. Apprentices from our mentorship program will also be present in clearly defined roles, supporting the flow of the clinic, preparing herbal remedies, and helping steward the healing space with care and integrity.
If you prefer a private session without apprentice participation, you may schedule a separate appointment directly with Lidia Ruelo-Salazar on another available date. Private one-on-one clinical herbal and ancestral healing sessions are also available for those seeking deeper or more extended support.

Community Clinics offer sliding scale and free community-supported consultations for BIPOC community members navigating financial hardship, immigration stress, policing, intimate partner violence, or state violence.
These sessions are made possible through collective care. If you feel resourced, you are welcome to contribute in support of community care.
