Ancestral Community Clinics
Beginning this March, Tierra Rituals Seasonal Ancestral Community Clinics are opening.
These clinics are intimate, land-rooted healing gatherings held in rhythm with the turning of the seasons. Offered outdoors, they create a grounded space to receive clinical herbal consultation, ancestral healing practices, and intentional energetic support in a format that is both accessible and deeply held.
Each visit includes time for deep listening, thoughtful clinical herbal assessment, and personalized herbal guidance, along with traditional healing practices such as limpias when selected. You will receive practical plant-based support and space to gently process what your body and spirit may be carrying.
All sessions are facilitated directly by Lidia Ruelo-Salazar, founder of Tierra Rituals, curandere and clinical herbalist, who maintains full clinical supervision throughout your care. Apprentices from our two-year mentorship program are present in clearly defined, supervised roles, holding medicine, supporting the flow of the clinic, preparing herbal remedies, and helping steward the healing space with care and integrity. This clinic also serves as a supervised community practicum, allowing advanced apprentices to deepen their clinical and community-based training while contributing to accessible, land-rooted care. Your session remains focused, private, steady, and ethically held. Consent, confidentiality, and dignified care are foundational.
These gatherings take place outdoors in relationship with earth, air, fire, and water, supporting nervous system regulation, reconnection, and embodied presence.

What People Are Saying
“As a Mexican immigrant that lost many of the cultural traditions and healing practices coming to this country, I was seeking reconnection of those practices passed from the abuelas. Lidia has made that reconnection to limpias a beautiful experience not just for my body, but my soul and spirit.”
— Shandel A.
“Lidia is such a heart-centered, humble, powerful, and creative being. The way she honored her traditions and customized activities was truly one of a kind. When she offered African herbal tea and indigenous drum journey, I was transported to the spirit world where I was greeted by people of my ancestral lineage.”
— Dominique C.
“Lidia held a deep space of listening, understanding, and empathy. The ritual and ceremony was so deeply persona, because of the care and time she put into preparing. I feel blessed, truly. I look forward to exploring more of her offerings.”
