New Moon Herb Hike & Drum Journey
Gather under the New Moon for a gentle hike to meet and identify local medicinal and spiritual plants. We’ll listen to their stories, then settle into reflective journaling to set intentions for the cycle ahead. Our time will close with a meditative drum journey, echoing the heartbeat of the Earth, to deepen connection and receive guidance.

In this BIPOC community gathering, we will create Agua Florida using locally foraged plants, honoring the land we live on and the traditions we carry. Alongside the medicine making, we’ll reflect on ancestral practices, decolonizing spirituality, and ways to care for our spiritual hygiene. This is a space to connect with the plants, our lineages, and each other.

Join us for this cozy workshop about herbs for immune and respiratory support. We'll make herbal syrup and steam blends for you to take home. Discuss the respiratory system and identify energetics of a cough (dry, wet, ect.) & herbs to support. We’ll also discuss grief in connection with respiratory ailments
