Limpias are ceremonial healing sessions that work with the elements, sacred plants, and pláticas (heart-to-heart conversations) to help restore balance, clear energetic blockages, and support you through life transitions. They can be especially supportive during times of susto/shock, grief, heartbreak, violence, or when setting intentions for a new chapter.
Sessions may include copal smoke, herbs, eggs, chile, feather smudging, gems, drumming, and gentle grounding practices, always with care and consent. After your limpia, we’ll explore rituals and ancestral practices you can continue at home, along with a personalized herbal formula to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
All limpias are offered in person in El Sobrante/Richmond. House calls may be available for an additional travel fee.
