Metztli Bath – Emotional Healing & Self-Love

$25.00

This Metztli Moon bath is inspired by the story of Coyolxauhqui, a sacred Mexica archetype of fragmentation, remembrance, and re-membering. Coyolxauhqui appears in our lives when we feel broken into pieces, when life, grief, or oppressive systems have pushed us beyond our limits and it feels difficult to move forward.

She comes to us in moments of loneliness, isolation, sadness, anger, disappointment, and fear. Rather than turning away from our pain, Coyolxauhqui invites us to sit with what is present, to listen deeply to our emotional body, and to allow the elements of water, earth, breath, and moon to support us in gently gathering the scattered parts of ourselves. Through this bath we honor the sacred process of re membering, putting ourselves back together with tenderness, co

Coyolxauhqui, Mujer de la Luna,

You who know fragmentation and sacred return,

Be with me in these waters.

With the guidance of Metztli and the spirit of these healing plants,

help me gently gather the scattered pieces of myself

with tenderness, compassion, and truth.

Where there is sadness, bring softness.

Where there is anger, bring clarity.

Where there is fear, bring quiet courage.

May the plants cleanse, soothe, and restore my emotional body.

Metztli, luminous Moon, guide my remembering.

May I return to myself with love.
