Topics may include herbal medicine making, nervous system support, ancestral healing practices, boundary setting, spiritual hygiene, grief and resilience, embodiment practices, community care, altar building, traditional rebozo teachings, life transitions, seasonal wellness and culturally rooted approaches to healing and wellbeing. Workshops for survivors of violence, advocates, caregivers, helping professionals, community leaders, and organizations are also available.
