  • Orders will be processed Monday -Friday within 3 business days. I ship within the US utilizing USPS. Shipping times are generally 5-10 business days from San Francisco, California.

    Shipping Costs

    I offer flat rate shipping for all orders or an option to coordinate a pick-up.

  • Refunds are only given within two weeks of purchase for unopened and untampered items.

    Tierra Rituals is not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by Tierra Rituals. Original shipping is non-refundable.

  • Packages marked "delivered" or "abandoned" are not eligible for refund nor replacement. Tierra Rituals is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox. Ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If your package still hasn't turned up, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  • Yes! Tierra Rituals is based in San Francisco or El Sobrante, CA. If you’re in the area, please contact Lidia@tierrarituals.com to coordinate when and where to pick up your products.
